Welcome to Makeup by Kajal. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming any appointment.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.

  • Booking dates and time slots are subject to availability.

  • Once confirmed, the booking cannot be transferred to another person.

2. Advance Payment & Cancellation

  • Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • In case of cancellation by the client, the advance amount will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may vary depending on the service selected, location, and additional requirements.

  • Any extra services requested on the day of the event will be charged separately.

  • Full payment must be completed on or before the event date.

4. Trial Makeup

  • Trial makeup (if opted) is chargeable and non-refundable.

  • Trial sessions are for finalizing the look and products only.

  • Changes requested after the trial may involve additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must inform us in advance about any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.

  • We are not responsible for any skin reactions due to undisclosed conditions.

  • The client must ensure a clean, well-lit space with proper seating at the venue.

6. Delays & Timings

  • Any delay caused by the client may affect the final look or service time.

  • Makeup by Kajal will not be responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or venue restrictions.

7. Hygiene & Safety

  • We maintain high standards of hygiene and use sanitized tools and premium products.

  • Clients are requested to maintain personal hygiene for best results.

8. Photography & Promotion

  • Makeup by Kajal reserves the right to use client images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

  • If you do not wish your images to be used, please inform us in writing in advance.

9. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held responsible for service failure due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, medical emergencies, or government restrictions.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Makeup by Kajal reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
